How do I get my tickets?

After purchase, your tickets are immediately available in the app under "My Tickets." Each ticket has a unique QR code — have it ready to scan at the door.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Tickets are currently non-transferable and tied to your account. If you need an exception, contact our support team and we'll do our best to help.

What if my QR code doesn't scan?

Make sure your screen brightness is turned all the way up and try opening your ticket again in the app. If the issue persists, show the gate attendant your order confirmation email.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis per event organizer policy. Tap "Contact Support" below to submit a refund request with your order details.

I was charged but never received my tickets.

This is rare but can happen due to a payment processing delay. Please wait 10 minutes, then check your email and the My Tickets screen. If tickets still haven't appeared, contact support immediately with your receipt.

The event was cancelled — will I get a refund?

Yes. If an organizer cancels an event, all ticket holders are automatically refunded to their original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How do I update my email or password?

Go to your Profile page inside the app and tap "Edit Profile." You can update your name, email, and password there.

I forgot my password.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by contacting support. We'll process your request within 30 days in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

Is Ratchet Jazz available on both iPhone and Android?

Ratchet Jazz is currently available on iOS (iPhone). Android support is on our roadmap — stay tuned.
